Greg Johnson

Partner
Mr Johnson was the President and CEO of Red Hawk Industries, headquartered in Denver CO, from 2001 to 2007.  Red Hawk Industries was created by acquiring 16 companies that provide electronic and physical security to financial institutions throughout the United States.  After Red Hawk was acquired by United Technologies, Mr. Johnson served as President of the $180M US Commercial Security operations for UTCFS.  Prior to joining Red Hawk, Mr. Johnson served as Vice President of Tolin Mechanical Systems Company in Denver, CO.  At Tolin, he was a member of the executive management team and responsible for the regional branches, along with helping develop corporate strategy, sales management systems, and information technology systems.  Prior to his work at Tolin, Mr. Johnson served as Vice President and National Operations Manager for American Mechanical Services.  At AMS, he gained valuable experience in completing and integrating acquisitions by conducting all aspects of due diligence including valuation and risk assessments.  He was also responsible for developing and implementing company operating processes and policy.  Prior to AMS, Mr Johnson worked for The BenchMark Group in Denver, Phoenix, and Los Angeles in various management rolls.  Mr. Johnson is a graduate of Colorado State University with a BS in Mechanical Engineering, as well as a graduate of the University of Colorado with a MBA.

Mark Mulveney

Partner
Mr. Mulveney was a founding partner of Red Hawk Industries and served as its CFO from 1999 to 2007.  At Red Hawk Mr Mulveney ran the corporate finance department, was responsible for corporate risk management, and was involved in all 16 acquisitions, and helped raise $70M in capital to drive its growth.  When Red Hawk was acquired by United Technologies Mr. Mulveney was the CFO of the US Commercial Security Group for UTCFS.  Prior to joining Red Hawk Mr. Mulveney was COO of TTS, Inc., a training and educational services company focusing on the oil and gas industry.  Mr. Mulveney also held positions at American Mechanical Services as its Controller and CFO, providing financial management, acquisitions due diligence, managing all risk programs, and providing day to day business guidance.  Prior to AMS, Mr. Mulveney was the CFO of The BenchMark Group from 1995 to 1998.  From 1987 to 1995, Mr. Mulveney served in various capacities at Johnson Controls, Inc., ending as the Corporate Controller for the $1B North American Systems and Services Business unit.  Mr. Mulveney is a CPA and graduate of Oklahoma State University.
